The Sales Competency Assessment

The SCA Tool (Sales Competency Assessment) measures the skills of a sales professional through self-assessment, the assessment from his immediate supervisor, and the assessments from his clients (optional).                                                                                                                          

Available in both French and English, the SCA questionnaire takes less than 25 minutes to be completed and results are available in less than 30 minutes.

SCA was developed in France, by Jean-Benoît Parat, and is used by hundreds of organisations in Canada and around the world.

SCA quantitatively measures the skills and competencies of sales professionals in 13 key areas of improvement, such as:
