He has worked in the SMB and Enterprise sales environment for one on Canada's leaders in Telecommunications  
In business since 1995, Réjean's coaching interventions now allow companies and managers to improve their effectiveness and generate concrete, measurable results.
Mr. Lachance and Ms. Maheux are the co-founders of Proxima Centauri, a human resource strategy consulting firm, launched in 2008. Proxima Centauri offers services that cover the entire human resource management process. 

Since 2008, Mr. Lachance has intervened on pertinent issues within a wide variety of sectors: IT, telecommunications, business services, construction, manufacturing, engineering and environment. Mr. Lachance has developed expertise in strategic recruiting as well as attracting and retaining employees and gaining their loyalty.

Ms. Maheux has worked in the manufacturing and scientific fields, in quality management, project management, communications and regulations. An experienced manager who is results-oriented, she aligns her interventions mainly on human capital strategic performance management and human resource management innovation.

Danielle Lorange Corbeil, consultant and training project manager has more than 30 years experience in teaching adults and finding training solutions within work environments.

She has worked in a variety of business fields and activity sectors, such as telecommunications, various governmental organizations, major retail sales companies and numerous service companies.
Ms. Coss is a true customer service specialist and is known for her efficiency, her thoroughness and her capability of working as a member of a team.
Maureen is responsible for coordinating all the activities associated with Talentuum's training activities.

Ms. Leroux has more than twenty-five years of experience in the administrative field, including more than fifteen years organizing events of all kinds. Very results-oriented, Ms. Leroux is known for her excellent organizational skills and her capability of working on several projects simultaneously. Ms. Leroux is responsible for supporting management for sales and operations.
M. Muramatsu is a professional with over 25 years of experience in accounting & corporate finance. Over the course of his career, he has worked in both the manufacturing & service industry.

Mr. Muramatsu is responsible for ensuring sound financial management of Talentuum's operations. He also works closely with our management team in order to guide the company's strategic orientations,
